The original illustration contained multiple layers, processes, and points of information that needed to work together inside a single hero animation. The challenge was to communicate how data moves through the system without showing everything at once, while keeping the sequence clear, engaging, and easy to understand within a short duration.

I structured the animation as a continuous visual journey, revealing each stage only when it became relevant. Coordinated transitions, directional movement, and carefully paced timing guide the viewer through the workflow while preserving the hierarchy of the original illustration. The final motion was delivered as lightweight Lottie assets, keeping every detail sharp and the experience smooth on the web.
